what were your babys favorite toys?

around age 9 months?
I am always on the lookout when I go to the store for new toys for my little man. Lately he is most interested in things I have at the house like bowls, ladles, pans, boxes… you get the idea. But I want him to play with toys!!!
What toys did your babies like the most? Also, what is your take on wooden toys?
